Hermes organized a magnificent dinner to celebrate their new store in Rome. This important night; designed by Coudamy Architectures from top to bottom to impress the invitees and to perform as an exciting, engaging, surreal and extraordinary design within the fascinating architecture of The City’s Palazzo. The magnificent renaissance architecture of the palace was animated with the help of crumpled papers, illumination and 3d mapping. The visitors are facinated with the crumpled papers in various figures such as sky or cloud images.
Upon entering the courtyard, Hermes‘ guests were welcomed by clouds of paper, music and façade lighting. Coudamy Architectures sculpted a giant horse which is the emblem of the french fashion house welcomed the invitees. The scenographic display enveloped guests in an enchanting atmosphere of pink light, as an accompanying video of clouds was projected onto the building’s façade. When it came to the space where the dinner was held, the clouds are interspersed among the tables get in a harmony with Palazzo’s facinating pen works of ceiling located in. In addition, the grass-covered dance floor designed for invites and the clouds settled in this area are also eye-catching.
