The project planned to be built next to the railway station of the city will be located in the most central position of Warsaw. Construction which is planned on this important location will also be found on one of the important transportation centers of the city. Masterplan studies, created by Hermanowicz Rewski Architects, will consist of 2 blocks in the low and medium elevations of the cascade structure. The terrace, located on the roof, will form a central frontage at street level.
“We believe that Varso Tower will have a unique place on Warsaw’s Skyline, but most importantly it will establish a new destination capable of revitalizing this urban quarter, right in the heart of the city.” says Grant Brooker, head of studio at foster + partners. The Varso Tower will have a high quality and flexible office space and will become a meeting point for Warsaw city dwellers with its exceptionally sophisticated restaurant, terrace and entertaining social areas.
